Shipping

We ship all orders on Tuesdays so the order will reach you by the end of the week. Packages are shipped through U.S. mail. Since Air Plants are living things, overnight delivery is recommended during cold temperature seasons to ensure they arrive in the same condition. 

We currently offer shipping within the continental United States.

Returns

We are plant people and we love it when we are excited to open a box. We will do our best to be sure you have the same feeling when you receive our shipment. If there is anything that doesn't give you this feeling, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
